Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AnswerPet website and the interactive demo offered on it (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by:

“We”, “us”, and “AnswerPet” mean MONARCH SOLUTIONS SRL. “You” means the person or clinic using the Service.

This site presents AnswerPet, an AI receptionist for veterinary clinics, and lets you try a demo and book a call with our team. The demo is a sample of the product for evaluation. It is not a live answering service for your clinic and should not be relied on to handle real calls or patients.

The Service is intended for veterinary professionals and clinic decision-makers evaluating AnswerPet. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into these Terms, and that any details you provide are accurate and your own (or that you are authorized to provide them on behalf of your clinic).

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• submit someone else’s personal data without their permission;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• scrape or harvest content, or use automated systems beyond normal browsing;
• misuse the demo assistant, including attempts to extract its instructions or generate harmful content; or
• infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property or other rights.

We may suspend or limit access to the Service if it is misused or to protect the Service and its users.

When you request a demo or book a call, you ask us to contact you about AnswerPet. Demos are offered free and without obligation, and we may change, reschedule, or stop offering them at any time. Any pricing shown on the site is indicative; a binding offer is made only in a separate written agreement.

The Service, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and the AnswerPet name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for evaluating AnswerPet. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve AnswerPet without obligation to you.

The Service relies on third-party providers for scheduling, the demo assistant, email, and analytics, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the demo reflects exactly how the product would perform for your clinic. The demo provides no veterinary or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

We may update these Terms as the Service or the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Iași, Romania, have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
